April is National Prepare Your Home to be Sold Month

If you are considering placing your home on the real estate market, you will want to do whatever you can to insure that it will be shown to potential buyers in the best possible light. Now is the time to de-clutter all surfaces so all that remain are the essential items. Remove all unnecessary items from the floor, mantels, desks, beds, bookshelves and kitchen counters. As you go through each room, start packing the items as you prepare for your impending move. And be sure to label each box so that you know where it will go in your new home.
