Use Your Calendar to Manage Your Time!

Trouble finding the time to get to all of your e-mails and phone calls every day? Whether you are in an office or at home and are struggling with these tasks, improving your time management can help! We believe that everyone should use a calendar to plan their day. Putting it in writing really helps one stick to the schedule. Try putting blocks of time on your calendar to return e-mails/phone calls. Try 15 minute blocks of time (one or two in the morning and one in the afternoon) and do nothing else – before you know it you will have a new habit! Schedule meetings, project time, errands, etc. in the same way and you will have a much better day!
