About Us

The Organizing 4 U team consists of partners Muffy Kaesberg and JoEllen Salkin, the only owned and operated team of Professional Organizers in Northeast Ohio. Organizing 4 U will work with you to enable you to accomplish your goals three times faster. The diverse backgrounds of Muffy and JoEllen provide for a wide range of skills to meet your needs.

Muffy Kaesberg is a native Clevelander, raised in the Heights area and is a product of Laurel and Hawken Schools. She earned a BA in Psychology from the University of Colorado, Boulder and an MBA from Weatherhead School of Management and was formerly a Certified Financial Planner. Her first career for 16 years was in the field of employee benefit plans, dealing with organizational and accounting needs of Fortune 500 and large corporate clients throughout the United States. Muffy is well suited to the field of organizing with experience in time management, the psychology behind arranging and excellent spatial abilities. As a former PTA President, Muffy has organized scores of people and events. She is an active volunteer for Hawken, is a Director on the Board of The Benjamin Rose Institute on Aging, a Trustee of The Cleveland Skating Club, a Board Member for Ohio End of Life Options, is a founder and past Treasurer of NAPO North Coast Ohio, and serves on The Hoarding Connection of Cuyahoga County.

JoEllen Salkin earned a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan, and a Master's in the same subject from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She has a strong interest in research and has over 25 years experience managing and organizing large amounts of data in the mental health, foster care and market research fields. She is one of the founders of Critical Incident Stress Debriefing Services of Cuyahoga County and served on its Board for a number of years. She has also been active with the local school organizations planning fundraisers and talent shows. She is a founder and past President of NAPO North Coast Ohio, and serves on The Hoarding Connection of Cuyahoga County. In her spare time she has researched her family tree and has traced some of her ancestors back to the 1400s.  She also spends time weaving and is currently President of The Western Reserve Spinners and Weavers Guild.  JoEllen will be happy to help you with any of your organizing needs.

In 2008 JoEllen and Muffy were both accepted as members of the National Association of Professional Organizer's Golden Circle. Formed in 1990, this prestigious designation demonstrates to the general public that the industry recognizes its members who have attained an elevated level of experience.
